An experienced Assistant Manager who can demonstrate:
- Working knowledge in all aspects of the Front of House operations.
- Experience in a fresh food environment and high volume operations.
- High level of guest service and passion for the industry.
- Natural leadership skills with ability to motivate others to deliver results.
- Great people skills and charismatic personality.
- Good understanding of general compliance.
