Café Assistant/Cook – Part Time -Weekends and school holidays
As our family run Animal Farm grows, we are looking for a new team member to help us in our busy Tea Room.
We require a lively, enthusiastic, motivated individual with cooking and customer service experience to help our Tea Room and catering areas run smoothly. It is essential to meet all food hygiene requirements and ensure our customers are happy.
This role includes;
- Following recipes and providing meals with quality and consistency. Must have attention to detail.
- Correct use of our till system.
- Enforce and follow strict health and hygiene standards.
- Carry out daily stock checks and re-order if necessary.
- Take customer orders and upsell any items.
- Work well independently and part of a team.
- Become knowledgeable about the menu and farm to assist customers in any way.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred not essential as can be obtained on appointment.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £6.83-£10.42 per hour
