Product Manager Responsibilities
• Lead a peer task force focused on New Product Life Cycle• Develop a business plan for each project including its financials• Validate business plans via customer and market research• Ensure compliance testing is performed throughout the entire project• Communicate all aspects of each project to leadership• Allocate appropriate time to each industry and customer per company's vision• Work cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing to ensure go-to-market and training is complete• Facilitate internal meetings surrounding each stage of the process• Source/procure components for new products• Support the engineering team to facilitate the commercialization of each product• Focus company funding toward only viable market products
Product Manager Qualifications • 5 + years of experience in new product development required• Building Materials experience required• Compliance testing experience required• Engineering software experience required• Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time with rare international travel required
