Job Description
- Be able to run a section (Restaurant, Brasserie or Bar) with minimal supervision
- Have in depth knowledge of our menus (food and drink) to be able to make recommendations or answer any questions
- Engage with guests in a professional and personable manner
Previous experience is preferred.
Salary is £10.99 per hour.
A share of weekly cash tips and monthly credit card tips on top.
Full and part-time positions available. Must be able to accommodate a combination of day, evening and weekend shifts.
