90% of businesses who used a broker for their energy contracts have been mis-sold to due to hidden fees. We are now able to reclaim these fees for them - usually this accounts for 30%-70% of the entire contract expenditure. These are for all contracts signed prior to December 2021.
In a time when businesses are struggling with rising energy costs, this is a fantastic service to offer as it's taking money from the energy companies and putting in the business owner's pocket.
In order to qualify to business must have used a broker and have an energy spend of over £1,000/m. We will then need a copy of the energy contract, a copy of a bill and something to show a broker was used - typically an email confirmation.
Once the client has provided these we can calculate their claim amount within 24 hours and we can then sign them up with our solicitors to take on the claim.
All of our solicitors work on a no win, no fee basis so there is never a situation where the business will need to pay for anything unless they win compensation. The solicitors will then take a % of the compensation.
We will pay £400.00 for every business claim submitted and signed up.
B2B experience is preferable.
