The Office Junior undertakes a number of general office, reception and sales duties. They work closely with the sales and office manager to help maintain a smooth and efficient office. The Office Junior is proactive in their work habits and shows high interest and engagement in all tasks delegated to them by the team leads. They learn quickly and gain valuable experience which enables them to development further within the firm.
This role will normally perform the following tasks:
- Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls;
- Welcoming visitors; Greeting clients and completing vehicle checks
- Customer support
- Help monitor social media communications
- Take payments
- Manage stock levels
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
- Provide overflow administrative assistance to management as needed

Salary: £12,330.99-£21,886.47 per year
