Hours - Full Time: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 4:00 PM (with occasional weekend projects)
Position Responsibilities
Maintain the 190-acre site and 97 acres of manicured turf of Uline’s campus through comprehensive landscape management.
Proficiently identify a variety of plants and their features.
Maintain general and technical knowledge of irrigation, pond, and prairie maintenance.
Manage and track budgets, vendors, deliveries, planting, and removal of all seasonal plant material.
Perform landscape audits and produce written reports.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate / diploma in turf management preferred.
10+ years of experience in golf course management, landscaping and grounds maintenance.
Ability to learn and increase knowledge of landscaping techniques and methods at Uline standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift / move up to 70 lbs.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
