We are a very successful manufacturing business based in Middleton, Manchester; we are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team.
Duties will include:
Stock checking and reordering of cleaning supplies.
Deep cleaning of machinery.
Keeping the yard area tidy and free from rubbish or debris.
Cleaning of our showroom and meeting areas ready for customer visits.
Sweep, mop or hoover our factory and office space.
Regularly check walkways, fire exits and extinguishers are clear and free from obstructions.
Emptying bins throughout the factory ensuring all recyclables are placed in the correct waste containers.
Clean and maintain hygiene levels in the toilets and canteen areas.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required which may include painting, gardening, floor buffing, etc.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a similar environment, keen to take on a challenge and always willing to learn. The role is of a physical nature and will involve some heavy lifting and manual handling.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
