Uniform Education are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at New Addington, Croydon. The successful candidate will be working with a team of experienced teachers to support and enhance the learning experience of students in the school.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons.
- Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Providing assistance to students with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Maintaining classroom equipment and resources.
- Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring a safe and secure learning environment.
Requirements
- Experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
