We are currently recruiting for a temporary Graduate Office Assistant for a central Oxford University Department. The role is full-time, working 36.5 hrs p/w. Administrative experience is essential.
Duties:
- Accurately completing student specific details in template letters and sending letters to students and colleagues with a high degree of care
- Filing student paperwork using paper and electronic files
- Creating electronic files for new PGR students
- Sending out reminders to students using specific templates
- Assisting the Graduate Funding Officer with the administration of studentship processes
- Checking and updating studentship details using the UKRI Joint Electronic Submissions (JeS) system
- Any other duties when required.
Please be aware that all candidates need to be able to start work immediately and must be able to work on site if required to do so.
