Night Concierge 4.30pm-1.30am - Law Firm Central London

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a night concierge for a global law firm based in central London. This position is to cover the hours 4.30pm to 1.30am and will see the incumbent managing, co-ordinating and controlling the security of the building and providing support to staff and guests on the premises.

In this position you will be responsible for the intruder alarm and fire alarm system, the building and surrounding areas. The Night Concierge will be expected to cover all office services functions such as reprographics, binding, courier, post etc. Front of house duties including meeting and greeting clients, answering telephone calls and dealing with email enquiries, organising cars and taxis for clients and visitors. Dealing with meeting room bookings. Other duties of the position will include patrols of the building, alarming vacated floors and locking main doors. You will have responsibility for office keys and passes.

For this position we are seeking someone with previous experience working as an evening concierge ideally within a professional services background however the client is willing to look at someone from a 5 star hotel background.

Salary on offer is up to £31,000 plus excellent benefits.
