Main duties & responsibilities
- Invoicing
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing payments and invoices
- Processing expenses & credit cards
- Responding to supplier queries
- Processing subcontractors invoices
Experience required
- Accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bank reconciliation
