As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and driving sales through product knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on our products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock and organize inventory on shelves and displays
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times
- Assist with social media and marketing efforts as needed
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Knowledge of vaping and vape products preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
