Key Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver great face-to-face customer service.
- Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and monitored.
- Develop branch sales.
- Drive in-store business.
- Deliver reports to Manager.
- Utilise your good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, emails and electronic tills.
- Keep the shop floor and displays tidy & safe for customers.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A track record of achieving or exceeding retail sales targets.
- Good organisational skills.
- Customer service experience – establishing the need and tailoring the right solution to the needs of the customer.
- Experience with relationship or business development management.
- Be good with people.
Its preferable that the ideal candidate has vaping experience / knowledge but NOT essential.
