Venn Group is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant for a market leading organisation in the Coventry area to fulfil a part time position.
Duties will include:-
- Sales Ledger duties including invoicing
- Purchase Ledger duties including invoice processing
- Issuing customer statements as well as supplier statements
- Completing statement reconciliations
- Chasing debtors (Credit Control)
- Processing bank transactions
- Handling petty cash
- Completing payroll timesheets
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong and keen attitude towards work
- Possess experience of the above duties
- Possess good system skills including MS Excel
