Seeking a Head Chef to helm the kitchen of a Spanish/South American culinary establishment in the heart of a wine country town. Strong leadership is essential, as you'll oversee a team of sous chefs in a restaurant accommodating 85 tables. We're in search of an individual eager to take ownership of the kitchen, infusing it with their unique talents and warmly welcoming guests to the table in this charming small town setting.
The restaurant operates Wednesday through Sunday for both lunch and dinner services. Salary will be commensurate with experience, with potential bonuses offered after a probationary period for the right candidate. We're flexible and willing to accommodate the ideal person for the role.
