Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Milwaukee, WI. As a Lead Bartender at District Fore, you will be responsible for leading a team of bartenders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of the bar. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining inventory and supplies, training new bartenders, and ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
QualificationsProven experience as a Bartender or Lead BartenderExtensive knowledge of mixology and drink recipesExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksStrong leadership and organizational skillsAttention to detail and the ability to solve problemsKnowledge of beverage trends and industry regulationsMust be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Bartender's license
