We are currently looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant.
The Accounting Assistant will report directly to the Accounting Manager, with some additional assistance to the Human Resources Manager as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly invoicing
- Project reporting/running reports
- Credit card reconciliation
- Human Resources support as needed
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of accounting experience preferred
- Deltek experience preferred
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and good work ethic
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent phone/email presence and interpersonal skills
