Role Overview & Responsibilities

Vibe Recruit have an immediate requirement for Cleaners for our client based in the Waterton industrial estate.

The company is a premium supplier of bespoke Architectural Metal Work.

The post holder is required to clean the premises and facilities and ensure that agreed standards are met and maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean main building and surrounding areas.
• Ensure that grounds and perimeter are litter free.
• Empty general rubbish and recycle bins.
• Sweep main factory floors.
• Wash main factory floors.
• To undertake any reasonable request from Directors, Managers and other members of staff.
• To work within the company management system, processes and procedures, so as to be fully compliant with all standards, legislation, governance and specifications.
• To ensure the strategic direction, quality, environmental, health and safety policies are understood and where required the objectives, targets and key performance indicators are measured, evaluated and reported to demonstrate continuous improvement of the management system.
• To ensure all activities enhances customer satisfaction and meet the requirements of all interested parties.
• To ensure all activities reduce or eliminate pollution to the land, sea and air.
• To promote and use the philosophy of reduce, re-use or recycle of all wastes, materials and products

Shifts: Mornings (6am - 2pm) and Afternoons (2pm - 10pm) on weekly rotation
