Job Title: Telesales
Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 Hours)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00 Friday 09:00 to 15:00.
Salary:
- £20,000 basic, rising to £22,000 after 1 month of hitting targets + Uncapped Commission OTE £35,000

Responsibilities;
You will be responsible for:
- Outbound calling through warm data
- Generating Hotkey leads that will be transferred externally outside the business
- Achieving company targets
- Maintaining call quality and compliance
Skills you'll need to have:
- 1 year+ Telesales in a continued position
- Must have own equipment (PC/Laptop, Headset, stable internet)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Negotiation, questioning, and decision-making skills
- Active listening skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations

Salary: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
