Accounts Assistant job opportunity in Morley, nr Leeds.
What you will be doing
- In this role you will provide support to the finance team across all business units regarding accounting and reporting of business assets.
You will work closely with the finance team to ensure all our asset movements are accounted for and that the register is kept up to date at all times.
As we have various business units the role becomes challenging as you process all live activities to include disposals and also sales of our equipment (assets).
The team are continuously working on projects and your input would be expected and valued giving you a great exposure to work on our key improvement and development areas.
Do you have what it takes
We expect that you will already be studying for the AAT qualification (ideally AAT L2 – L4)
Ideally you will have at least one year's of experience in an accounting team
Strong advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required
Some familiarity with asset accounting is desirable
