<br>exciting opportunity for an Assistant
<br>Lounge Manager to come and join our Food & Beverage team at the
<br>Runnymede on Thames…
<br>Our Lounge is the social hub of the hotel with a relaxed yet
<br>vibrant atmosphere, floor-to-ceiling views of the river providing the perfect
<br>ambience for catching up with friends. The Lounge is open from morning to night
<br>for you to enjoy the space at your leisure, from coffee and croissant to a spot
<br>of afternoon tea and a chilled drink from our gin bar in the evening
<br><br>
<b>Role Responsibilities:</b><br>
You will be someone who loves to interact with our guests and make them feel really special
<br>You’ll be passionate about delivering great customer service
<br>Strong communication skills and able to think fast to predict any upcoming problems and deal with them before the occur
<br>Strong leadership skills and the ability to train & develop the team
<br>To ensure daily briefings and communication lines with other key personnel e.g. chefs are open and productive to enhance guest experience and promote teamwork
<br><br>
<b>The Ideal Candidate:</b><br>
The ideal
<br>candidate will have previous food and beverage team leader or supervisory
<br>experience in a similar establishment, be passionate about all things’ food and
<br>drink and excel at creating a fantastic customer experience for guests, eager
<br>to help with a positive problem-solving approach, along with the eagerness to
<br>continually learn.
<br>This role will
<br>involve you working a mixture of shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
