Role Overview & Responsibilities
WatchHouse is a specialty coffee group and roastery, with multiple locations across London. We are passionate about people, products and spaces and look to elevate our customer's experience of a modern coffee shop environment.
WatchHouse #12 will be opening it's doors this spring, in London's iconic Covent Garden. This brunch location promises to be a wonderful new addition to the WatchHouse portfolio.
We are commencing the recruitment process for all senior roles, in an effort to build our management team well before the House opens and allow them to receive a full and immersive induction and training. Setting people up for success is what it's all about!
We are looking for experienced managers, ideally with an interest in or with experience in specialty coffee. You'll be required to work 5 days out of 7 and weekend work is expected.
