Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Group and Divisional colleagues on specific projects as an SME of UX Research & Design
- Influence & upskill those colleagues to invest in UX Research & Design skills into their workforce, constantly reviewing and iterating our company UX Practice.
- User Research – Utilise various strategies of research to Define the problem, identify user needs, quantify & prioritise, all informed with real user insight.
- UX/Product Design – Holistic experiences not just screens, validated with real usability testing, utilising and iterating our standard approaches and playbooks.
- UI Design – Use, maintain and iterate our DLS component library .
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- At least 2 years experience in a UX/UI designer role.
- Experience of UX & UI design across native mobile app, responsive mobile and desktop experiences, across a multitude of devices and OS.
- Experience, or solid understanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) principles and applications , and researching and designing multi-channel, holistic customer experiences.
- Demonstrable experience in, or solid understanding of working in Agile Methodologies.
