Role Overview:
- Achieving monthly sales targets for new vehicles, used vehicles, finance and additional products.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs.
- Carry out telephone prospecting and follow up on marketing activities.
- Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles.
- Follow internal sales procedures, including accurate recording of customer details, appraisal and compiling and maintaining a customer base.
- Accurately appraise part exchanges.
