Position: Marketing Executive
Hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid, London Bridge

We organise conferences and training across a wide range of public policy topics.
You’ll deliver event marketing campaigns across 3 brands.
We deliver over 100 events per annum. You’ll be marketing an exciting mix of topics, in a dynamic and rapidly changing policy environment. Sectors include local and central government; police and emergency services; health and social care; transport, energy and infrastructure; education and children’s services; diversity and HR; and skills-based online training.
Working in a lively, hybrid environment, this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your B2B direct marketing skills. You will deliver campaigns through email marketing, social media, website management, partnership and SEO work. Full training will be provided with much opportunity for growth and development in this dynamic company.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes
- A university degree or equivalent.
- At least a year’s work experience in a B2B marketing or sales-based role.
- An interest in the public sector and public policy.
- Experience of email marketing and working with websites and databases.
- Technical aptitude, for example: design programmes such as Adobe Pro or Canva, designing templates, video editing skills, social media.
- Good copywriting skills.
- Creative and resourceful. Able to meet deadlines and follow processes.
- A good team player.
