Cafe Assistant/ Barista
We are recruiting for a full-time cafe position. Weekend work is required. Please only apply if you are able to travel to and from work.
Windmill Farm Park is a family attraction in Kibworth, South Leicestershire.
Family is at the heart of all we do and we love the opportunity to help others make wonderful memories at our fourth generation farm. We care about providing education on where our food comes from and minimising our environmental impact. It’s important that this shows through in our cafe.
The cafe is in our award-winning indoor adventure play and serves food seven days a week, except Christmas Day to New Years Day.

Qualifications:
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred)
Experience preferred but not required as training will be provided:
- Cafe experience
- Barista experience
- Working around children
We are a family focused business and offer flexible working days. Initially full time staff will be required to work a 5 day week (roughly 9.30-4.30, with some flexibility) including weekends.
Competitive salary based on age, experience and responsibilities. With room for progression for the right candidate.
