Purpose of Role:
To support WCCTV’s Finance department, ensuring that Customer and Supplier communication is accurate and timely, whilst always adopting a Customer First attitude.

Key Duties:
Billing & Credit Control
- Raise all UK Managed Services (rental) invoices.
- Support in raising UK managed service (rental) credit notes.
- Carry out Credit Checks for new and existing Customers.
- Support in the chasing of Customer Debts.
Purchase Ledger and expenses
- Support with Statement Reconciliations.
- Assist in posting Employee Expense Journals.
- Assist in the collation and checking of employee credit card expenses.
- Support in managing Petty Cash.
Reporting
- Production and distribution of the global daily bank balances email to the prescribed mailing list.
- Daily update of the Cash Flow forecast.
- Produce Competitor Analysis for Management Review.
Management/Financial Accounting
- Assist the Management Accountant in the reporting and analysing of business overhead spend.
- Assist in the completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the creation of the Year end Audit File.
