Woozelbears Hydrotherapy and Grooming have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for the right individual(s)!
We are looking for an exceptional customer focused individual who is enthusiastic, committed, hard working and isn't afraid to get wet and covered in dog hair! Professional experience with animals is preferred, though not essential.
The role involves business admin support, front facing customer service (emails, phone calls & receptionist style duties), bathing and drying hydrotherapy patients, assisting hydrotherapists as required, assisting grooming clients as required, carrying out laser and massage treatments as directed (training will be provided), maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout, managing bookings, taking payments & phone calls and liaising with other professionals.
Please note this is an apprenticeship opportunity for the Level 2 or 3 in Customer Service with Haddon Training, paid the current government apprenticeship rate, working 30-40 hours a week over 5 days including weekends and evenings. Interviews will be held towards the end of Feb 2023 and may involve a practical in-clinic assessment at the time. Due to the expected high number of applications we will not be able to respond to unsuccessful candidates.
