Are you a Class 1 Driver looking for the security of guaranteed full-time hours and a permanent contract? Do you want to work for one of the most forward-thinking and fast-growing logistics companies in the UK? How about working on a day shift patter of 4 on 3 off? Working a 4 on 3 off shift pattern (Every Sat + Sun off + 1 day during the week. Day off during the week changed each week e.g. Week 1 – Monday off, Week 2- Tuesday, 5 week cycle) , 12 hours a day.
We’re looking for to recruit full-time, permanent Class 1 HGV Day Drivers to join us at our site in Gotham, You’ll be working on average 48 hours per week, with start times of 06:00-18:00.

We’re looking to offer the competitive hourly rate of £15.57 ph, with an overtime rate of £23.35 ph

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Carry out trunking runs with occassional back loads.Ensure the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times
Backhaul deliveries for various customers as well as British Gypsum work
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Full UK driving licence (with CE entitlement) with a valid CPC & Digital Tacho cardNo more than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
Great knowledge of the UK roads nationally
