Content Marketing Lead
We're looking for a strategic, commercially-driven Content Marketing Lead to help us grow YunoJuno's brand.
Reporting into the Head of Growth and Marketing, the ideal candidate is someone who is an expert in turning content into a revenue-generating growth engine. If you're a skilled Content marketeer who can deliver outstanding Thought-Leadership pieces, repurpose them it into scroll-stopping Linkedin content and have a proven track record of SEO, we'd love to hear from you.
Job duties
- Develop and implement content and communication strategy across our owned and earned media.
- Responsible for the delivery of content regardless of the medium - including content writing / editing, briefing and managing external freelancers
- Lead on SEO including research, content optimisation and reporting on performance
- Own website management ensuring our site and blog reflect our positioning consistently and drive commercial outcome
- Plan, manage and report back on A/B testing hypothesis for distributed content
- Responsible for SoV increase (in the form of brand awareness, Search visibility & social engagement) and its ROI
Knowledge and skills
- A confident and experienced content marketeer having spent at least 3-4 years working in Content Marketing for a startup or Tech/SaaS company
- Strong understanding of data analytics and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of content and its ROI
- Understanding of A/B testing framework and how it's implemented on content
- Experience in delivering multi-format content by working with external content creators - video, infographics, white papers
- Extensive knowledge of Content SEO practice and the tools needed to measure success
- Strong knowledge of Social channels, in particular with distilling technical topics into bite-size engaging content
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and to use outcome-driven prioritisation framework
- Experience in Recruitment and/or HR tech ideal but not essential!
