Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate student to join our busy Operations team; where you will get to know the different teams which are the cogs in the wheels of our operation and generally helping our customers with their every need!
Skills and experience….
- Strong academic performance in any discipline.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive.
- Demonstrates empathy: being able to put yourself in other peoples’ shoes and to show care and concern for others around you.
- A problem solver, who is open to innovation and will challenge the status quo to get the best result.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
A bit more about what you will be doing….
- Assisting with general enquiries from a variety of different schemes.
- Working on the administration of our online platform, ZIO
- Getting to see and use our chatbot ‘Kodie’!
- Reviewing members documents and pictures via ID-Pal
- Seeing the power of automation and meeting our robots!
- Gaining a greater understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and the impacts this has to our day-to-day work.
- Reviewing our customer feedback and seeing how we analyse and act on our trends.
