Informative, inspiring content and engaging social interactions are an essential part of how we inspire our visitors to visit, join and connect with us. We have a vacancy within our team for a Social Media Content Creator to help bring our farm to life for our visitors and followers on channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.
Role:
- Day-to-day social media management, including the scheduling of posts and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube and reviewing analytics, reporting and making recommendations to optimise performance.
- Regular monitoring of social trends and platform feature enhancements.
- Researching and implementing best practice for each platform.
- Content planning and development - Instagram and Tik Tok are priority channels, so in this role you will ensure that content reflects our current messages and commercial activities in a way that will attract and engage our audience.
- You'll work with the senior management team to develop relevant content that showcases our values.
- You'll grow both followers and engagement across all major social media platforms, keeping up to date with trends and algorithms.
- Assisting with newsletter content and updates.
Skills required for the role:
- Experience in a similar social media role preferred with experience in quickly growing and maintaining a large social media audience for a brand and can provide examples.
- Detailed understanding of what creative content works best on social media.
- The ability to review data and provide actionable insights or recommendations.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, in particular Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- A qualification in social media or digital marketing.
Schedule : Flexitime, Five days over Seven.
Education: Degree (preferred)
Experience: Social media marketing : One year (preferred)
