Role Overview & Responsibilities
Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate E-commerce Specialist with a strong background in social media and influencer marketing to join our team at E&E. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing management. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mind and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account managers for our client websites and translate client website level events into impactful brand level posts
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms
- Create affiliate agreements, recruit and engage with relevant influencers to promote our products and brands
- Develop workflows and processes for executing marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient coordination between account managers, designers, developers, and other team members
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, bringing innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
