Digital Print Finishing Operator

Gemini Print Southern Ltd is looking for a digital print finishing operator to finish printed items to a high quality using the company’s various finishing machines and maintain a safe working environment.

With our Head Office based in Shoreham, West Sussex, Gemini Print has been providing outstanding print solutions and customer care throughout the South of England for over 40 years. We are widely regarded as one of the leading eco friendly printers in the UK with other offices in Bristol and London.

Key responsibilities:

Guillotine cutting, folding and booklet binding

Learn and operate other finishing machinery as new equipment is installed

Perform operator maintenance of finishing equipment

Help maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness and organisation around the workplace

Comply with all company and HSE Health and Safety rules

Pack boxes for delivery

To abide by and support the company’s ISO 14001 environmental certificate

Other relevant information:

This activity requires handling large quantities of paper

Hours:

Hours are based on a fixed late shift of 40 hours per week

OR Continental Day or Night shift

Experience:

• Digital Finishing: 2 years (required)
